For the first one year, the founding members will act as the Officers of this organization. Prior to expiration of the first one year, a notice shall be issued to all members of the organization requesting them to submit their nomination for any of the Officer positions. The founding members shall also be permitted to apply for such officer positions.
Upon receiving all nominations, an independent election committee, supervised by the CG, will be constituted to screen the nominations received. Basis the majority decision of the election committee, the nominations will be affirmed or confirmed.
For those whose nominations are confirmed, an election will be conducted in which all members of the organization will be permitted to cast their vote. Those who win by simple majority will stand elected. The positions of President, Finance Head and the 3 Vice Presidents will be filled by an election, the tenure of these positions will be 2 years and maximum number of terms would be 2.
